2.资格标准：
略提供的注水略家的标准产品，买方不接受新试制产品。投标人需提供至少2台套（泵型为BB3，且流量≥210 m3/h，扬程≥1000m）在海洋环境条件下（海洋石油平台、FPSO）运行2年及以上（从调试验收报告签字日期或使用略时间证明文件起计）略业绩，并提供相应的书面材料证明（书面材料是指：合同及调试验收报告，或合同及使用方出具的有效证明文件）。
注水泵组需按照《海上固定平台安全规则》略设计、制造、认证和检验。投标人应委托国家安全生产略海洋石略（COOOSO）略（ABS, LIoyd‘s, DNV,CCS，BV）对注水泵略检验并获得检验证书。
3. 略文件：
从2017年#月#日开始至2017年#月#日止，在中国海油采办业务管理与交易系统（https:/ *** ）购买招标文件（电子版）。略文件登记表，并在线支付标书款至指定账户。在线支付成功后，略文件。招标文件每套售价为2000元人民币或300美元，售后不退。
3. 投标文件递交截止时间和地点：所有投标文件都应附有按规定提交的投标保证金，并于2017年#月#日13:30时（X时间）前递交略区东直门外小街6号海油大厦3层304室。
4. 开标时间：定于2017年#月#日13:30时（X时间）开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

1. China National Offshore Oil Corp. Procurement Department Procurement & Tendering Centre and CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China Limited CFD Operating Company (herinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:

Delivery Schedule:
From within PRC: August 1, 2018 of Construction Site of Qingdao, Shandong,  P.R.China.
From outside PRC: July 15, 2018 of Qingdao Seaport, P.R.China.

2. Qualification Requirements:

The Water Injection Pump Skids provided by VENDOR shall be the mature products of the manufacturers, The newly trial products would not been accepted. The products（Capacity ≥ 210 m3/h. Head≥ 1000m） provided by VENDOR shall have at least 2 sets of two years or more of successful performance(from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the applicant)  of the marine environment（offshore oil platform or FPSO）. The VENDOR shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user).
The Water Injection Pump Skids shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic & Trade Commission. PRC（SETC）. Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of Water Injection Pump Skids from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyds, DNV,CCS，BV.

3. All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to :
enter into website https:/ *** purchase the bidding documents (electronic edition) on line from November 24, 2017 to December 1, 2017 upon non-refundable payment of RMB 2,000 or USD300 for each copy. After completion of the remittance, the bidder could download the bidding documents.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 13:30 p.m. (Beijing time) on December 18, 2017 at Room 304, 3rd Floor, CNOOC Tower, No.6 Dongzhimenwai Xiaojie, Dongcheng District, Beijing ## , P.R. China for bid-opening.
